Its ingredients vary from family to another, but it generally has the same base. It includes ground fried almonds, ground toasted sesame seeds, and toasted flour. It\u2019s also flavored with cinnamon, arabic mastic gum, anise, and fennel seeds. All these ingredients are mixed with clarified butter or brown butter and honey, depending on individual preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The texture of Sellou depends on the amount of butter added.
