I changed to the one that appeared in the \u201cFou de Patisserie\u201d magazine which contains pectin, which allows the texture of the coulis to be a little thick.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">This beautiful tart is very easy to make.
