Chocolate & hazelnut Babka is made of a brioche dough and a chocolate filling. This is chef \u201cJeffrey Cagnes\u201d recipe. The Babka is the new \u201cblack\u201d brioche. I\u2019ve seen different types of Babka in instagram, however when I saw this one it really caught my attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s super easy to make even for me as an amateur baker. So expect some more Babka recipes soon. I\u2019m thinking Babka with \u201ccinnamon and walnuts\u201d, Babka with \u201cpistachios and orange\u201d, Babka with \u201cZaatar\u201d\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose your favorite chocolate spread or make it at home as I did ( I used chef \u201cChristophe Michalak\u2019s recipe). You can also choose the chocolate chips, the nuts you like\u2026have fun and enjoy.<\/p>\n
